Firstly, click on Settings.
Then, press on Wallpapers.
After that, select New Wallpaper.
Next, press on Dynamic or Live. Select the one that you wish to have.

If you want the Live Wallpapers, long press on display for viewing it animate. Note that if you wish to get a Dynamic Wallpaper, then you need to wait some time for it to get animated.

Note that you need visiting Home or Lock screen for watching wallpaper that you set. As it is a Live Wallpaper and not the Dynamic one, so it is going to animate on Lock screen only.
