Within two days, the Russian government will determine the list of countries committing “unfriendly actions” against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals. The corresponding instruction to the Cabinet was given by President Vladimir Putin. This is reported on the official website of the Kremlin.
Also, according to the text of the decree, Russian companies will have the right to pay debts in rubles to creditors from countries that commit “unfriendly actions.”
Due to the current situation in the Donbass, Russia launched a military special operation on February 24 to protect the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR). In response, a number of Western countries have imposed sanctions against Russia.
