I have been given the OK to let you know that although they can’t officially support it, you can activate and use a Sprint BlackBerry Q10 on Ting. I was given the opportunity a few months ago to test this out for Ting. If you have a Sprint Q10 you can enter the ESN into the normal Ting activation process and it should work.

An OS upgrade. I purchased this Unlocked Q10 Unlocked cell phone as a back up from Powerbook Media. I verified upon receiving it that it was a Blackberry Q10. When it came time to use it – it was not unlocked. I went to Sprint, who refused to help (of course).
Right click on the file and then click Sync to > BlackBerry [xxxx] or else drag and drop the file onto the BlackBerry tab. When finished, safely disconnect the USB cable. Mac. If necessary, download BlackBerry Link
