The Fluke 117 and Fluke 115 are both True-RMS Multimeters with large 3-1/2 digit / 6,000 count displays. The major specifications for these meters are almost exactly the same. Each is capable of measuring voltage up to 600V AC/DC with .5% accuracy as well as current up to 20A AC/DC.

Dave, You can use OSL calibration on both the SARK and the AA-600. Here’s the problem with the 600. Once you do the OSL calibration and make your first sweep, you can’t make any change to the frequency or span and re sweep unless you again do the OSL calibration.
